My process is collaborative and low-pressure—all communication happens via email, timelines are realistic, and your satisfaction matters more than speed.

Hand-Crafted Quality
All Silver Token Studio work is created entirely by hand—no AI generation, no templates, no shortcuts. Every piece is original and crafted specifically for you.
Payment Terms
• 50% non-refundable deposit required to begin work
• Final 50% due upon project completion, before final files are delivered
• Accepted payment methods: [your methods - PayPal, Venmo, bank transfer, etc.]
• All prices are in USD
Project Timeline
• Timeline begins once deposit is received and questionnaire is completed
• Estimated timelines are provided per service (see individual service pages)
• Delays in client feedback may extend the timeline
• I will notify you promptly of any unexpected delays
Communication
• All project communication happens via email for clear documentation
• I respond within 2-3 business days
• Please provide feedback within 3-5 business days to keep projects on schedule
Revisions
• Revision rounds are specified per service package
• Minor adjustments (color tweaks, small text changes) count as revisions
• Major changes (completely new direction, new concepts) are considered new projects
• Additional revisions beyond package limits: $35 per round
Cancellation & Refunds
• Before work begins: Full refund minus payment processing fees (3-5%)
• After work begins: Deposit is non-refundable
• Mid-project cancellation: Deposit + 50% of remaining balance due (based on work completed)
• After final approval: No refunds; project is complete
Usage Rights & Ownership
• Upon full payment, you receive full ownership and commercial usage rights to your final artwork
• I retain the right to display the work in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials
• You may opt out of portfolio/social media feature by notifying me during the project
Portfolio & Content Usage
• Unless otherwise requested, completed projects may be featured on my website, social media, and YouTube channel
• Client information remains confidential unless you give permission to share
• You can opt in or out of YouTube/social media features via the project questionnaire
File/Scan Delivery
• Final files/scans delivered digitally via email or file transfer
• Physical items (traditional portraits) shipped separately with tracking
• I am not responsible for files/scans lost due to client’s storage issues—please back up your files
Limitation of Liability
• I am not responsible for how you use the final artwork
• You are responsible for ensuring proper file formats for your printer/vendor
• Technical support for third-party printing/production is not included
Disputes
• Any concerns should be communicated promptly so we can resolve them together
• I’m committed to your satisfaction within the agreed project scope
Changes to Terms
• These terms may be updated periodically
• Current clients are subject to the terms in effect when their project began
- Waitlist -
I accept a limited number of projects each month to maintain quality and give each client dedicated attention.
If all current slots are filled:
• You’ll be added to my waitlist in the order inquiries are received
• I’ll contact you within [2-3 business days] to confirm your waitlist position and estimated start date
• You’re under no obligation while on the waitlist—you can withdraw at any time
• Once a spot opens, I’ll reach you via email with next steps
Timeline begins:
• Once you’ve submitted your deposit and completed questionnaire
• Not from the date of initial inquiry
Typical wait time:
• 1-4 weeks depending on current demand

As part of my creative process, I create educational content for my YouTube channel showing logo design and art techniques.
You can indicate your preference in the project questionnaire.
If you opt in to being featured:
• I will show your project questionnaire responses and discuss your vision
• I will show my design/art process and the final result
• Your personal contact information will NOT be shared
• Your name/business will only be credited if you specifically request it
• You can request certain details remain private
If you opt out:
• Your project will not appear in any videos or public content
• Your privacy is fully respected
