Each commission includes:
• Hand-drawn traditional artwork in black and white
• High-resolution digital scan of the finished artwork
Timeline
• Standard delivery: 14-21 business days for artwork completion
• Shipping time: Additional 5-10 business days (US domestic)
• Digital scan delivery: Within 2 business days of completion
Reference Photos
• You must provide clear, high-resolution photos of your pet (photos showing specific details [eyes, fur texture, expressions] are most helpful)
• Photos should be well-lit, in-focus, and show your pet’s personality
• Close-up of eyes (for accurate color)
• Please provide photos that contain minimal background detail for clarity
• I’ll let you know if additional references are needed
Revision Process
• Initial sketch approval before final artwork begins
• 1 round of minor adjustments to sketch (pose, expression, composition)
• Once final artwork begins, only minor adjustments possible
• Traditional art cannot be completely redone once significant progress is made
Delivery
• Physical artwork shipped to you
• Packaged carefully in protective materials
• Shipped with tracking (US domestic: USPS/UPS)
• Includes digital scan
• Shipping: $15-30 depending on size
Shipping & Handling
• I am not responsible for damage during shipping (items are insured)
• International shipping available (additional fees and customs responsibilities apply)
• Delivery may take 5-10 business days after shipping (domestic US)
• You will receive tracking information once shipped
Care Instructions
• Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading
• Frame behind UV-protective glass for longevity
• Try not to touch the drawn area to prevent smudging and fading
• Store in cool, dry environment
Additional Pets
• Multiple pets in one portrait for standard size: +$125 per additional pet
• Multiple pets in one portrait for custom sizes: Quote based on size + number of subjects
• Separate portraits of multiple pets: Individual commission per pet
What I Don’t Do
• Graphic gore or disturbing imagery
• Extreme photo manipulation requests
• Backgrounds
