Timeline
• Standard Package: 10-14 business days from deposit and completed questionnaire
• Premium Package: 14-21 business days from deposit and completed questionnaire
Revision Guidelines
• Revisions must be requested within your package’s revision limit
• Each revision round includes multiple small changes submitted together
• Requesting a completely new design direction beyond initial concepts may incur additional fees
• Final approval must be given before files are delivered
File Formats Explained
• PNG: Use for websites, social media, digital use (supports transparency)
• JPG: Use for email, documents (smaller file size)
• PDF: Use for print materials, sharing with vendors
• AI/EPS (vector): Use for scaling to any size, professional printing, future editing
What Happens After Delivery
• Files are yours to use commercially
